Complete flooring information and inspections

The following rates apply to residential (home) inspections only.  If you have a commercial/business inspection need, email me the issue and I will let you know the price.  These rates are current as of November 2011.

Carpet - $175

Laminates - $200

Engineered/Solid Hardwood - $250

Vinyl sheets/planks - $200

Ceramic Tile - $250

Travel charges are based on drive-time from Moses Lake, WA.  If you are within a 2 hour drive (one way) from Moses Lake, there is no travel charge.  For every hour (one way) beyond that is an additional $45/hr (In other words, the first two hours (one-way) are included in the basic price.  Additionally, anywhere within 10 miles either side of I-5 between Eugene, OR and Mount Vernon, WA is a flat $30 charge for travel.  (If this is confusing, I will confirm an amount when responding to your initial e-mail to me.
